I say brief, because that's what it was, about 3 hours. We drove to the north part of Glacier which happens to be in Alberta, Canada, so through a boarder crossing we went. The idea was to camp, but one campground was full, and the other closed. We did however get to see the Prince of Wales hotel, which sits on Waterton Lake. No fancy high tea for us though; it was a beer in the bar, served to us by a guy from Adelaide. You'll find Australians anywhere.
It's also incredibly windy, and outside the hotel it was difficult to walk, or pose for a picture, as you'll see from my attempt above. Even inside the hotel bar, the wind whistled and breezed through. Apparently the hotel was deliberately built to sway in the wind, which I'd believe.
